Luna Rossa Hotel, Florence, Italy

I am in Florence now. This is my 3rd stop for my 11 days Italy trip for this Christmas holiday.


I am staying in florence for 3 days. The best thing of florence of cos the scenic view of the landscape.


But here, I would like to "promote" this hostel (or so called 1 star hotel).

I have travelled to a lot of countries in Europe. Based on my experience of staying in uncountable hostels, I think this hotel in Florence is the best ever hostel that I ever stayed.

Even though it is in a very old ancient building, but it is very clean.

There is the private toilet in our room, with the hair dryer provided, a kitchen with stove and microwave. Location wise, it is just walking distance to those attractions in Florence and also the main train station.

That is still not the main point, the main point is that there is a computer with internet connection is our room.
Normally, if the hostel provides the free internet access, there is only a computer at the hall for all the guests to share.

But amazingly, in every room, there is the computer provided with the internet access. Since the reception is not in the same building,
we used to communicate with the reception desk through skype!!!!!

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I had the chance to surf the net, do my daily blogging, facebooking and get in touch with my family.

There is the sky TV too. For the past 2 hostel that we stayed in Italy, there is the TV too but without the Sky TV.
Hence, we were forced to watch those movies in Italian language where we did not really know what they are talking about.
We have the chance to watch the English channel here!!!

Furthermore, the hospitality of the reception desk was very good. Marco, he is a friendly guy. He introduced all the best places to eat, to travel in Florence to us.

On the first night, the hot water for showering was malfunction, he came to sort it out immediately even though it was 11pm already.

The service in this hotel is the best that I ever seen. Marco even help us to do the laundry for free too!!!!

I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to travel to Florence in the near future.
