Excited to go Iceland!!!!

So excited to go to Iceland tomorrow. I do not know why... just feel that I am very excited if compare to Spain or Poland trip... why???

Anyway, May God be with us all the time... let us have a safe journey to and from Iceland n London...

Do you eat fish head???

When I was teaching the English lady about how to order food in a restaurant in Mandarin, she suddenly told me that when she was in China the other day, one of her Chinese friend ate the fish tail, and she said it was abnormal and showing her disgusting face....

I told her that I like to eat the fish tail and the fish head. In Malaysia there will be fish head curry which is so yummy delicious....

She just could not believe it.

Then, she told me that when she tried to order a chicken dish, they gave her the chicken leg.... she cannot accept the fact that the chicken feet can be eaten.....

Oh.... I told her again...the chicken feet is super delicious especially make the Thai Style Chicken leg 泰式凤爪。

In England, the English will just eat the meat of the fish and throw all the head and tails.



They will not eat the chicken leg or even the pork leg, which we think very delicious. So, sometimes if you go to market and ask for the chicken leg or pork leg, they will give your for free or just charge you for a few penny.

oh... miss the 咖喱鱼头and 泰式凤爪 very much now.....
